On Departure: you will be met at the entrance of (or inside) the departure terminal building; then assisted amd fast-tracked through security, check in, customs and immigration; and then taken to your airline or member lounge or direct to the boarding gate (on reaching either of which is the end of the departure service).
We will need passort information for each passenger. It is usually highly recommended and/or necessary (for coordination) to have passengers’ or driver’s mobile cell number.
Yes: usually we are able to negotiate special clearance with the duty border control officer. Our staff will use their knowledge and local contacts to make it as fast and easy as possible on the day.

No: there are no extra charges for late night service
No. We accept late orders and we do not charge extra. An order that is received under 48 hours before service time will be accepted and processed, and we will do our very best to arrange and confirm the requested service. Occasionally it might not be possible to find a greeter in time, in which case an immediate and full refund will be made.
